By submitting this order, you are agreeing to all of the terms of this licensing agreement.

Island Digital Images, LLC DBA as IDI Virtual Tours, retains copyright to all images and videos; direct payee is licensed for use of images, virtual tour and/or video in print and web marketing as long as they are actively marketing the property. License is not transferable. Additional licensing is negotiable on a case-by-case basis by contacting IDI Virtual Tours in writing.

No people or pets will be allowed onsite during filming. All homes must be on Supra lockbox or combo lockbox. To minimize touches we request that if at all possible that you make sure that lights are on, ceiling fans are off and that window treatments are arranged appropriately. Once the filming has been completed, we will lock up the home and return the key to the lockbox. If you would like we can text you once the filming has been completed.

The strict adherence to our no people or pets, policy is an essential step to keep everyone focused and we will not deviate from it.

Due to the historically high cost of petroleum products, we are charging up to an additional $10 fuel service charge for all onsite visits within our local service area. Services delivered outside of our local service area will be charged additional travel charges based on mileage and time.

Virtual Tour / Single Property Web Site hosting expires in one year. Rental properties must be renewed each year. Additional years may be purchased by contacting ID Virtual Tours, current renewal rate is $20 for photo virtual tour plus additional $60 for Matterport links.

*All Matterport 3D Virtual Tours will be hosted for up to one year (or until sold within the first year), additional years will be renewed at the rate of $60 per year.
* For properties over 4,000 sq.ft. additional charges will apply
* For properties outside of our standard service area additional charges will apply
* Zillow Walkthrough Virtual Tour includes upload to Zillow for 3D Zillow Virtual Tour + 3D Virtual Tour button on non-branded (MLS) Single Property Website when virtual tour is selected without Matterport
* Additional visits are considered separate tours and will be billed separately.
*100% payment must be made prior to product delivery. (unless written contract with Agency or Business states otherwise).
*If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 1 business day of the scheduled time for reasons other than weather, 50% of the tour fee will be charged for the cancellation or reschedule.
*If appointment is scheduled and the property cannot be photographed on the day and time scheduled for any reason other than weather 100% of tour fee will be retained.
